Faith, Fun, Fellowship

This is St. Vincent’s CCD program. In 2010-11, children meet in age-specific groups  the second Saturday of each month (except Oct on which the children will meet on the first Saturday) from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. During this session, they are instructed in the faith by committed members of the congregation. Dates for the 2010-11 school year are:
2010 - Oct 2, Nov 13, Dec 11
2011 -  Jan 8, Feb 12, Mar 12, April 9,
May 14. 

Sacramental Preparation

Classes in preparation for First Reconciliation are presented in the Fall. Classes for preparation for First Eucharist are presented in the spring. These classes are generally offered by St. Vincent’s Director of Education for Children, Anne Gibson. Times and dates are forthcoming.                                                

Vacation Bible School - 2010, July 19-24

Children and youth of the parish meet for a full week each summer at St. Vincent’s to study their faith and deepen their love of Christ. Children bring lunch and stay for the whole day. Students are involved in age-specific classes, music, arts & crafts, and liturgy preparation. On Friday afternoon of the week, the students go on a field trip.

The dates for Vacation Bible School 2010 are July 19 thru July 23, starting 9:30 am. Early arrivals can come as early as 8 am.
