The
Young Adults & Young Professionals group provides social, spiritual and community service opportunities for young adults within a Catholic community. We are a welcoming and inclusive group that consists of women and men, singles and couples, students and professionals, Catholics and non-Catholics, both gay and straight, in our 20s, 30s and early 40s. Together, we build community by sharing and exploring our faith, being active in the parish and having a lot of fun!
We meet monthly and alternate between service and social activities. In the past we have served dinner for the needy, worked at Habitat for Humanity, and volunteered at the zoo. Our social activities have included visits to the theater, bowling, and gatherings for dinner and board games.
Currently, the group gathers twice a month for faith sharing and discussion. We have also used this format for the study of Scripture, and expect to do so again in the future.
